1. Call to Order
Angela Schumann started the joint meeting. Each board member, staff, and visitor
introduced themselves.
2. Review of the Draft Vision Report — Monticello 2040
Scott Ruhland, the Lakota Group, provided the Monticello 2040 Visioning Report. He
explained the history and importance of the report. Ruhland explained in detail the
following areas: project overview, findings and analysis, community engagement
summary, vision and values, scenario overview, preferred scenario, and planning goals.
Following his presentation, Ruhland and Nick Kalogeresis (Lakota Group) and Erin
Perdu (WSB) provided time for questions and answers.
3. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 6:41 p.m.
