ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XI, CHAPTER 111.25(B), PAWN SHOPS, AND
AMENDING TITLE III, CHAPTER 25, FEE SCHEDULE BY REMOVING PAWN
SHOP TRANSACATION FEE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFMONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY
ORDAINS:
1. Title XI, Chapter 111.25(B) Pawn Shops, is hereby amended as follows:
To help local law enforcement better regulate current and future pawn businesses,
decrease and stabilize costs associated with the regulation of the pawn industry, and
increase identification of criminal activities in the pawn industry through the timely
collection and sharing of pawn transaction information, this subchapter also
implements and establishes the required use of the atAemate paNNr. sys4e.,, (°Jc'
reaortine to the system or systems as identified by the Wright Countv Sheriff's
Office.
2. Title III, Chapter 25, Fee Schedule, is hereby amended as follows:

Annual license, initial $50
Annual renewal of
Current license $25/year
