Present: Brian Stumpf, Charlotte Gabler, and Jim Davidson (Bill Fair present by phone)
Absent: Lloyd Hilgart
Others: Jeff O'Neill, Vicki Leerhoff, Jennifer Schreiber (by phone) and Dan Klein (by
phone)
1. Call to Order
Mayor Stumpf called the special meeting to order at 5 p.m. in the Academy Room.
2. Consideration of Resolution 2020-36 Ratifying Mayoral Proclamation and
Declaration of Health Emergency
Mayor Stumpf reviewed the item and noted that on Friday, March 27 he declared in
Monticello a health emergency. This declaration must be ratified by City Council within
three days of the declaration. Minimal discussion took place.
Councilmember Gabler moved approval of the resolution. Councilmember
Davidson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Adjournment
Meeting was adjourned at 5:11 p.m.
