A SUMMARY ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO BRIDGE WATER
TELEPHONE COMPANY D/B/A TDS TELECOM TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, AND
MAINTAIN A CABLE SYSTEM AND PROVIDE CABLE SERVICE IN THE CITY OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on February 24, 2020, Ordinance No. 737 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of
Ordinance No. 737, the following Summary Ordinance No. 737A has been prepared for
publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance modifies the 15 -year cable television franchise with TDS Telecom.
