1. Call to Order
Mayor Brian Stumpf called the special meeting to order at 5 p.m.
2. 5 p.m. 2021 Budget Review
Sarah Rathlisberger, Finance Director, gave an overview of the 2021 property tax levy
and budget. Reviewed were the following items: City and HRA Property Tax Levy
History; the proposed 2021 Tax Levy; Tax Capacity; Tax Rates; Proposed Tax Levy
Effect; and the proposed 2021 Budget with certain increases being noted.
There was minimal discussion.
The budget is on the regular agenda for approval.
3. Adjournment
By consensus, the meeting was adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
