SPECIAL MEETING — MONTICELLO CITY COUNCIL
Wednesday, December 30, 2020 — 7:30 a.m.

Present: Jim Davidson, Bill Fair, Charlotte Gabler (by phone), Lloyd Hilgart
Absent: Brian Stumpf
1. Call to Order
Acting Mayor Hilgart called the special meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. in the Academy
Room.
2. A. Consideration of approving payment of bill registers
Councilmember Fair moved approval of the bill registers. Councilmember
Davidson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
B. Consideration of approving terminations for City departments
There was minimal discussion.
Councilmember Gabler moved approval of the terminations.
Councilmember Fair seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
C. Consideration of authorizing submission of a FY2025 Transportation Alternative
grant application for completion of School Boulevard Safety Improvements as
part of the SRTS program and authorizing maintenance of constructed
improvements
There was minimal discussion.
Councilmember Fair moved approval of Resolution 2020-98 authorizing
submission of a FY2025 Transportation Alternative grant application and
Resolution 2020-99 authorizing maintenance of these improvements.
Councilmember Gabler seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
D. Adjournment
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 a.m.
