eeting called to order by Chairman Bob Davis. embers present: Dale
Lungwitz, Jim Maus, Jay Miner, Larry Flake, Bud Schleif. Absent:
Fred Topel.
Discussion re annexation of Harry Bergstrom property adjacent to south
side of village to I-94. Plans bein~ preoared lor housing development,
apartment house in that area. Recommendation that petition for annex-
ation be presented to council for action.
Charles Tooker oresented downtown plan in pictures and graphics. He
suggested that downtown council and Retail Association and" Chamber of
Commerce meet with Planning Commission to study presentation. Retail
Association meets Thursday morning April 6th. (Meeting was set for
Aoril 18th at 4 p. M. at Legion Club with dinner he fore hearing on
Zoning Ordinance).
Secretary to arrange set up for hearing at school.

Planning Commission to meet April 12 at 3:30 p. M. to study street
closing of north-south streets.
Secretary to verify who will chair hearing on Zoning Ordinance,
Village Councilor PlanninlZ Commission.
Planning Commission does not recommend aooroval of aoplication by
Ken Larsen for shop and display for his home carpet sales.
