Members Present: Roger Belsaas, Roger Carlson, Clint Herbst, Brian Stumpf
and Bruce Thielen.
Members Absent: None
Mayor 13elsaas reconvened the F3oard of Itevicw that was recessed on May 10, 2000. Gerry
Kritzeck from Wright County reported on two properties th~.lt were brought up on May 10, 2000
at the Board of Review.
The owner of parcel 155-053-001010 had submitted a letter at the previous meeting questioning
the increase in assessed valuation from $1,293,300 to $1,543,500. The Assessor met with the
property owner and reviewed how the assessed valuation was determined. After this review, the
property owner was in agreement with the valuation placed on the property by the county.
Mr. Krit~eck indicated that he had received some additional information regarding parcel
155-010-OS0070. At the May 10, 2000 meeting, the Council had moved to make no change to
the assessed valuation of the property. 'fhe receipt ol~the additional information did not require
any action by the Council other than to acknowledge receipt of the information.
BRIAN STUMPP MOVED TO AGREE WITH TI-IE ASSLSSOR'S RECOMMENDATION
ON PARCELS 155-053-001010 AND 155-010-050070. ROGLR CARI,SON SECONDED
THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED iJNANIMOUSLY.
There being no further discussion, the Board of Review was closed at (~: 55 p.m.
