Special meeting of the Planning Commission - April 3, 1974
City Hall -- 7:30 P. M.
Members present: Maus, Miller, Muehlbauer, Stumpf, Topel,
White. Absent: Worth.
The minutes for the meeting of March 20, 1974, were ap-
proved as presented.
Arve Grimsmo, Dale Lungwitz and Milton Olson, members of
the Roads & Streets Commission, were in attendance.
A discussion was held concerning a pevmanent State-aid
road. The Administrator was requested to write the Wright
County Board of Commissioners notifying them that the City
Council has adopted a resolution designating Maple Street
from Fourth Street to Highway #152 as the state-aid road.

The Administrator was to write Brauer & Associates" Planners,
to try and arrange a date when Mr. Brauer could meet with
the Planning Commission and the Roads & Streets Commission.
A discussion was held concerning a letter from the Minn.
Department of Natural Resources. After review of the
letter, a motion was made by J. W. Miller, seconded by
Larry Muehlbauer, to recommend to the City Council that
they adopt a resolution on land use controls as requested
by the Minn. Department of Natural Resources. Voting for:
Maus, Miller, Muehlbauer, Stumpf, Topel, White. Opposed:
None. Absent: Worth. Motion carried.
A motion to adjourn was made by J. W. Miller, seconded by
Larry Muehlbauer. Carried --, all in favor.
Meeting adjourned at 9:10 P. M.
