1. Discussion on revenue stabilization agreement with Xcel Energy and update on related
legislation.
There is no agenda item covering this. At the present time staff is not aware of any changes
or updates that would impact the agreement. If some additional information comes forward
before Monday, it will be presented at the special meeting.

1. Interview candidate for Finance Director position.
6:00 p.m.
1. Discussion of proposed orderly annexation agreement between the City of Big Lake and Big
Lake Township.
