SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
October 23, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Mr. Chuck Stumpf,
Planning Commission members present: Stumpf, Topel,
Anderson, White, Miller. Also present: Thore Meyer.
Casey Kjellberg presented a request for approval to
proceed in platting existing buildings with lot of un-
determined size from approximately 71 acre parcel.
Recommendation to the council to approve 1 acre usable
lot with buildings with stipulation to include in final
plat when proposed. Motion made by Fred Topel, seconded
by Jay Miller. All in favor. Motion carried.
Chuck Stumpf reviewed information on the community
housing project.
It was recommended that the council check legal status
of property owner on corner of Maple and Seventh - 3 lots
in connection with Minnesota & 7th St., - to provide
services to lots.
Discussion on sewer and water requiremnets was held;
discussion was also held regarding the requirement of
all plats to have city sewer and water.
A motion was made by Fred Topel and seconded by Larry
Muelhbauer to adjourn the meeting.
