Informal meeting of the City Planning Commission
November 20, 1974 - City Hall
7:30 P. M.
A formal meeting was not held in view of the fact
only three members were present: J. W. Miller,
C. Stumpf, R. White. Also in attendance were
building inspector Axel Rasmussen and Mrs. Jean
Powers.
It was the consensus of members present to re-
commend to the City Council that a 7 ft. side
yard variance be allowed for Mrs. Ruth Murnane
of 112 Chestnut Street. Mr. Rasmussen stated
he could not see any problem in approving this
variance.

Mr. J. Miller commented that he planned an 8 ft.
addition on the Monti Coin Laundry. This plan
will be presented directly to the City Council
by Mr. Miller.
No other business was conducted.
