Planning Commission Meeting
February 18, 1975
7:30 P.M.
Members present: Chuck stumpf, Larry Muehlbauer, Fred Topel,
J. W. Miller, and Gordon Steinert. Absent: Howard Gillham and
Ron White.
Motion by Muehlbauer, seconded by Topel, to approve January
15, 1975 minutes.
Invitation from Duane Gates, Director, Community school
Education, to participate in Community Education Expo 75.
Motion by Miller, seconded by Topel, to decline due to
lack of information available from planner at this time.
Carried unanimously.
Discussion of Community Block Grant Program.
Discussion of appointment of building inspector.
Discussion of engineering and planning studies to be done
by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates, Inc., and Midwest
Planning and Research, Inc.
Motion to adjourn at 9 P.M. made by Muehlbauer, seconded
by Steinert, carried unanimously.
