PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
May 13, 1975 - 7:30 PM
Members present: Larry Muehlbauer, Fred Topel, Willard Anderson,
J. W. Miller, Gordon Steinert.
Absent: Howard Gillham, Chuck Stumpf .t<o~wn .+e~
1. Replattin~ of Monticello Assembly of God parsona~e.
Approved by Planning Commission with stipulation that survey be
presented to city administrator to ensure set back requirement of
10 feet was met.
2. Replottin~ of River Terrace Park.
Motion by Steinert, seconded by Anderson and unanimously approved
contingent upon approval not jeopardizing the city's Federal Flood
Insurance program.
3. Review of Zoning Ordinance.
Howard Dahlgren and Steve Ryan reviewed ordinance with commission.

Next few meetings to be devoted to review of zoning, subdivision
and sanitary sewer disposal ordinances. Commission will then
refer to City Council for passage of ordinances with any amendments.
