MONTICELLO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
December 16, 1975
Member present: Howard Gillham
1. Subdivision of land.
John was requesting approval to subdivide 3 lots
in River Terrace into 4 lots of equal size. Each
lot would be 100' by 125' and would be in com-
pliance with applicable Zoning Ordinances. Since
all members were informed of this request and
hearing no objections, Howard Gillham instructed
Mr. Sandberg to get a certificate of survey
for these 4 lots. Upon receipt of this survey,
the subdivision would be approved.

2. Discussion of changing subdivision ordinance
requiring Planning Commission approval of final
plat.
Discussion was held on eliminating the require-
ment of having the Planning Commission approve
the final plats presented previously. Indications
were that this step in the approval process
could be eliminated. Subject to be discussed
at future meetings.
