MONTICELLO PLANNING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING
February 2, 1976 - 7:30 P. M.
Members present: Howard Gillham, Fred Topel, Henry
Doerr, Jim Ridgeway, J. W. Miller.
Members absent:
Dr. C. Bauer.
1. Appointment of Vice-chairman.
Motion by Henry Doerr, seconded by Jim Ridgeway and
unanimously carried to appoint Fred Topel as vice-
chairman for the Monticello Planning Commission for
1976.

Public Hearing - Conditional Use permit for Kentucky
Fried Chicken.

Hearing held pertaining to request by Rosewood
Corporation (formerly Bureau Investment Corporation)
for a conditional use permit allowing a convenience
food establishment in a B-3 zoning district. There
being no testimony from anyone present, a motion
was made by Fred Topel, seconded by Henry Doerr
and unanimously carried to approve the request.
Howard Rekstad, with Rosewood Corporation, intro-
duced Daryl Fishbach who will be the owner and
operator of the franchise.
Motion to adjourn by J. Ridgeway, seconded by R. Doerr
and unanimously carried.
