RESOLUTION NO. 2021-37
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT FUNDING FROM THE
CENTRAL MINNESOTA ARTS BOARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,156
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello applied for a grant from the Central Minnesota Arts Board
of $6,156 for a MontiArts "A Mile in Their Shoes" mural; and
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello was notified by the Central Minnesota Arts Board that the
City received a grant award for MontiArts "A Mile in Their Shoes" mural of $7,695;
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello received 80% of the grant in the amount of $6,156 with
remainder being paid on completion.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO:
That the City Council authorizes accepting grant funding of $6,156 from Central Minnesota Arts
Board.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 14th day of June, 2021.
