WHEREAS, Notice of a Hearing on the application of Raymond J* Martie
and Dorothy L. Martie, husband and wife, and Alfred Carlson and Christine T.
Carlson, husband and wife of all of New Street in the Village of Monticello,
County of Wright, State of Minnesota. Said Notice having been published and
posted as prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, A Hearing has been held on this iday of
1963, with " objections being heard*
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Monticello, Wright
County, Minnesota, that said New Street be vacated as follows; That the said
Village of Monticello, relinquishes all right, title, interest or easement in
said New Street, and that the Easterly one—half of said New Street revert to
Raymond J. Martie and Dorothy L. Martie, husband and wife, and that the Westerly
one—half of said New Street, as described in the Petition, revert to Alfred
Carlson and Christine T. Carlson, husband and wifee
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said New Street be vacated to the Petitioners
herein upon the condition that said Petitioners pay all costs in connection with
this vacation including publication fees.
