City Council Resolution 19782. The City Attorney is authorized and directed on behalf of the City to -
acquire the easements above described by the exercise of the power of
eminent domain pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 1177 and is
specifically authorized to notify the owners of intent to take pos-
session pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 117.042. The City
Attorney is farther authorized to take all actions necessary and desirable
to carry out the purposes of this resolution.
Adopted by the City Council this 25th day of September, 1978.
