CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
KLEIN FARMS FIFTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 6, 1997 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Klein Farms Fifth Addition (Cardinal Ponds), and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission on May 5, 1997
recommended approval of the preliminary plat to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
for Klein Farms Fifth Addition (Cardinal Ponds),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA that the final plat of Klein Farms Fifth Addition (Cardinal
Ponds) is hereby approved along with all public dedications and any development agreement
relating to the subdivision.
