CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
RIVER VIEW SQUARE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on January 5, 1999 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of River View Square Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission on January 5, 1999
recommended approval of the preliminary plat to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission
for River View Square Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA that the final plat of River View Square Addition is hereby
approved along with all public dedications and any development agreement relating to the
subdivision.
