MONTICELLO PLANNING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEEI'ING
July 5, 197$ - 5:30 P. M.
Members present: Ridgeway, Bauer, Fair, Klein (ex-officio).
Members absent: Erickson, Topel.
1. Variance Request - Robert Mosford.
Mr. Bob Mosford made a variance request to
1. Allow 33 parking spaces instead of the required 39,
2. Allow sideyard parking in the street side,
3. Allow parking within the 5'0" sideyard setback
required from the property line.
All of these requests are on Lots 9 & 10, Block F.

There were no objections heard. A motion to recommend
approval was made by Bauer, and seconded by Fair.
Result was a unanimous vote to recommend.
