RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Land of Lakes Choir has submitted an application to the City Council
of Monticello for the issuance of a charitable gambling license to conduct gambling at
JP's Annex in Monticello, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, upon review of the organization's activities, the Council is not opposed to
the gambling license being issued by the State Gambling Control Board, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the Land of
Lakes Choir's application for license issuance listed above is hereby approved, and the
State Gambling Control Board is authorized to process the application.
