RESOLUTION NO. 2002-1
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Land of Lakes Choir Boys has submitted an application to the City Council of
Monticello for the issuance of a charitable gambling license to conduct gambling at J.P.'s Annex
located in Monticello, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, upon review of the organization's activities, the Council is not opposed to the
gambling license being issued by the State Gambling Control Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the application by the
Land of Lakes Choir Boys for a charitable gambling license is hereby approved and the State
Gambling Control Board is authorized to process the application.
Adopted by the City Council this 14" day of January, 2002.
