RESOLUTION NO. 2002-13
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, Bemidji State University Foundation has submitted an application to the City Council of
Monticello for the issuance of a one day charitable gambling license to conduct a raffle on May 18,
2002 at the Monticello Country Club located in Monticello, Minnesota, and;
WHEREAS, upon review of the organization's activities, the Council is not opposed to the gambling
license being issued by the State Gambling Control Board,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CODICIL that the application of the
Bemidji State University Foundation for a one day charitable gambling license is hereby approved and
the State Gambling Control Board is authorized to process the application.
Adopted by the City Council this 8" day of April, 2002.
