RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS
CSAH 75 IMPROVEMENT - SEWER REHABILITATION
PROJECT NO. 2000-16C
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of the sanitary sewer system along
CSAH 75 by slip lining the segments of pipe on Broadway from Walnut Street to Cedar Street and on TH 25
from Broadway to 3rd Street and all necessary appurtenant work, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Lametti & Sons, Inc. of Hugo, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Lametti & Sons of Hugo, Minnesota for the improvement of the sanitary sewer system
along CSAH 75 by slip lining the segments of pipe on Broadway from Walnut Street to Cedar Street and
on TH 25 from Broadway to 3rd Street and other necessary appurtenant work according to the plans
and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file at the city offices.
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
Adopted by the City Council this 22nd day of April, 2002.
