CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
VINE PLACE TOWNHOMES
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 11, 2002 and continued the
hearing to March 25, 2002 for the consideration of the preliminary plat of the Vine Place Townhome
development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of the Vine Place Townhome development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat and development agreement for Vine Place Townhomes is hereby
approved contingent upon completion of items noted in the PUD approval, final review of the
development agreement by the City Attorney, review of the plat by City Engineer and presentation of
restrictive covenants.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 22nd day of April, 2002.
