CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
GROVELAND THIRD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 3, 1999 for the consideration
of the preliminary plat of the Groveland development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of the Groveland development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat and development agreement for Groveland Third Addition is
hereby approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 13th day of May, 2002.
