CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
GROVELAND CENTER
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 12, 2002 for the
consideration of a Planned Unit Development of the Groveland Center, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
Planned Unit Development to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
in consideration of approving the final plat for the Groveland Center,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA that the final plat of Groveland Center is hereby approved along with all public dedications.
Final plat approval is based on development stage PUD process which allows preliminary plat process to be
waived.
Adopted this 28th day of May, 2002.
