RESOLUTION NO. 2021-76
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT FUNDING FROM THE
CENTRAL MINNESOTA ARTS BOARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,269
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello applied for a grant from the Central Minnesota Arts Board
for $5,000 for Walnut Street green space art installation; and
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello was notified by the Central Minnesota Arts Board that the
City received a grant award for Walnut Street green space art installation of $6,269;
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello received 80% of the grant in the amount of $5,018 with
remainder being paid on completion.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO:
That the City Council authorizes accepting grant funding of $6,269 from Central Minnesota Arts
Board.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 11th day of October, 2021.
