RESOLUTION NO. 2021-78
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPOINTMENT TO VACANT CITY COUNCIL SEAT
WHEREAS, the Monticello City Council has approved the appointment of William
Fair to fill the vacant seat on the Monticello City Council until the next scheduled Municipal Election;
and
WHEREAS, the elected candidate shall fill the seat until December 31, 2022.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota hereby
approved the appointment of William Fair effective October 12, 2021 as Monticello City
Councilmember to a term which expires December 31, 2022.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 11th day of October, 2021.
