AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM B-3 TO B-4
PRAIRIE PONDS AND PRAIRIE PONDS 2ND ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from B-3 (Highway
Business) to B-4 (Regional Business) the property legally described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2. Block 2 and Lot 1, Block 2, Prairie Ponds Addition
And
Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 1, Prairie Ponds Addition being replatted as the Prairie Ponds 2nd
Addition.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 14th day of March, 2005.
