REZONING RIVER CITY STATION FROM B-3 TO B-4
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA
HEREBY ORDAINS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from B-3 (Highway
Business) to B-4 (Regional Business) that property comprising the proposed plat of River City
Station described as follows:
The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 121, Range 25, Wright County,
Minnesota lying South of the North 586.37 feet of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter, lying
easterly of the easterly line of Old Sate Highway No. 25 now known as Cedar Street and lying
westerly and southerly of the westerly and southerly line of that portion of County Road No. 117 that
was previously taken for right of way purposes by the State of Minnesota.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 13'h day of November, 2007.
