WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA
ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE III, CHAPTER 15 OF CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Title 3 of the Code of the City of Monticello is amended as follows:
Section 3-15-19: BUSINESS AT ONLY ONE PLACE. A license under this
chapter authorizes the licensee to carry on its business only at the
permanent place of business designated in the license. However,
upon written request, the City Council, at their discretion, may
approve an off-site locked and secured storage facility. The
licensee shall permit inspection of the facility in accordance with
(INSPECTION OF ITEMS). All provisions of this chapter
regarding record keeping and reporting apply to the facility and
its contents. Property shall be stored in compliance with all
provisions of the city code. The licensee must either own the
building in which the business is conducted, and any approved
off-site storage facility, or have a lease on the business premise
that extends for more than six (6) months.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
