City Council Ordinance 31AORDINANCE AMENDMENT The Monticello City Council hereby ordains the following ordinance amendments: A. Deletion of ordinance Section 10-13-1(B) allowing motor vehicle and recreation equipment sales and garages accessory thereto as a permitted use in a B-3 (Highway Business) zoning district. B. Amend ordinance Section 10-1 3-4- (E) -1 as follows: 1. Outside services, sales and equipment rental connected with the principal use is limited to thirty (30) per cent of the gross floor area of the principal use. This percentage may be increased as a condition of the conditional use permit. C. Amend ordinance Section 10-14-4-(B) as follows: (B) Open or outdoor service, sale and rental as a principal and accessory use and including sales in or from motorized vehicles, trailers or wagons provided that: 1. Outside service, sales and equip- ment rental connected with the principal use is limited to thirty (30) per cent of the gross floor area of the principal use. PARKING AREAS SHALL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW OF ABUTTING RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 10-3-2 (G) OF THIS ORDINANCE. G. PARKING AREAS AND DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE CURSED WITH CONTINUOUS CURBS NOT LESS THAN SIX (6) INCHES HIGH ABOVE THE PARKIN:LOT OR DRIVEWAY GRADE. _.r 6.
