City Council Ordinance 43 (2)ORDINANCE AMENDMENT The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that the Zoning Ordinance Section 10-13-4 and Zoning Ordinance Map be amended as follows: k_`1. Under Zoning Ordinance Section 10-13-4 (J),"Commercial Storage contained entirely within a buildingtt be added as a conditional use. 2. The Zoning Ordinance Map be amended as follows: Rezoning of a parcel described below from R-3 (Medium Density Residential) to B-3 (Highway Business). That part of the NW41- of Section 14, Township 121, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot D as described in Book 16 of Deeds, Page 120; thence northwesterly along the centerline of so-called Marvin Road, a distance of 111.00 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence N 120 32' W along said centerline, a distance of 331.70 feet; thence N 890 E, a distance of 311.75 feet to the westerly right of way line of Minnesota State Highway Number 25; thence S 190 35' W along said westerly right of way line, a distance of 469.94 feet; thence N 860 40' W along the right of way line of said Minnesota State Highway Number 257 a distance of 88.92 feet to the centerline of said co -called Marvin Road; thence N 120 20' W along said centerline, a distance of 110.32 feet to the point of beginning. THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 10-22-1 (E) OF THIS ORDINANCE ARE CONSIDERED AND SATISFACTORILY MET. (F) ACCESSORY, ENCLOSED RETAIL, RENTAL OR SERVICE ACTIVITY OTHER THAN THAT ALLOWED AS A PERMITTED USE OR CONDITIONAL USE WITHIN THIS SECTION PROVIDED THAT: 1. SUCH USE IS ALLOWED AS A PERMITTED USE IN A "13-1" OR "6-2tt DISTRICT. 2. SUCH USE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MORETHAN THIRTY (30) PERCENT OF THE LOT AREA AND NOT MORE THAN FIFTY (50) PERCENT OF THE GROSS FLOOR AREA OF THE PRINCIPAL USE. 3. ANNUAL INSPECTION BY CITYIS HEALTH OFFICER AT OWNERtS EXPENSE. 2. ALL PETS MUST BE LEASHED. 3, TREATMENT TO BE LIMITED TO HOUSEHOLD PETS. (6-25-76 #16) (1) PET HOSPITALS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. NO OUTSIDE PENS OR KENNELS. 2. ANNUAL INSPECTION BY CITY HEALTH OFFICER AT OWNER'S EXPENSE, 3. ALL ANIMALS MUST BE LEASHED. 4. TREATMENT WOULD BE LIMITED TO SMALL DOMESTICATED ANIMALS. 5. SIDEYARD SETBACKS WOULD BE 20 FEET INSTEAD OF 10 FEET. 6. NO OUTSIDE STORAGE OF CARCASSES.
