City Council Ordinance 76AORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that zoning ordinance
section 10-3-5-(H)-(22) pertaining to the number of parking spaces
required by a skating rink, dance hall or public auction house, be
amended, as follows:
10-3-5-(H)-(22): Skating Rink, Dance Hall or Public Auction
House:
One (1) off-street parking space for each forty (40)
square feet of floor space. In the case of an
Auction House Facility, outside sales area shall be added to the
floor space of principal building when determining square footage.
