City Council Ordinance 77ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that the following
ordinance sections pertaining to annual license fees for Off -Sale Beer;
Club Liquor; and Set -Up Licenses be amended, as follows:
3-1-4: The annual fee for an "Off -Sale" Beer license shall
be Thirty Dollars ($30.00).
3-2-4-(c) The annual fee for an "On -Sale" special Club license
shall be Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
3-4-3-(c) The annual fee for a "Set Up" License (liquor by the
drink) shall be Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
