City Council Ordinance 83ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that the Zoning Ordinance
map be amended, as follows:
Rezoning of the following parcel from R-1 (Single Family
Residential) to R-2 (Single & Two -Family Residential) and
R-3 (Multiple Family Residential) :
That part of the NW -14 of the SP4 of Section 4, Townshipâ–ş 121 ,
Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota, lying northeasterly
of I-94. Containing approximately 5.3 acres.
The above parcel is proposed to be subdivided into a plat called
"The Brothers" consisting of Lot 1 (R-2 Zoning) and Lots 2 thru 9
(R-2 Zoning). The rezoning is contingent upon approval and recording
of the final plat.
