City Council Ordinance 86ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello, Minnesota, hereby ordains that the
official zoning ordinance map be amended, as follows:
Rezoning of Lots 1 & 13, and the West 33' of Lot
2, Block 22, and the East Half of Oak Street lying
between Block 22 and 23, all in Lower Monticello,
from R-1 to R -B.
