City Council Ordinance 89ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that the Official Zoning
Ordinance Map for the City of Monticello be amended, as follows:
Rezoning of Lots 4, 6 & 7, and portions of Lots 5 & 8,
Block 1, Riverwood Estates, from B-3 (highway Business)
to R-1 (Single Family Residential).
