RESOLUTION NO. 2021-91
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF FY2026 TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVES GRANT
APPLICATION FOR COMPLETION OF ELM STREET SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS
Be it resolved that the City of Monticello agrees to act as sponsoring agency for the project
identified as Elm Street Safety Improvements seeking Safe Routes to School Funding through the
Transportation Alternatives program and has reviewed and approved the project as proposed.
Sponsorship includes a willingness to secure and guarantee the local share of costs associated with
this project and responsibility for seeing this project through to its completion, with compliance of
all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Be it further resolved that Matt Leonard is hereby authorized to act as agent on behalf of this
sponsoring agency.
