The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains
that the Zoning Ordinance Map be amended as follows:
Rezoning of a 2 2 acre parcel of land
located north of County Road #75 (Broad-
way) and west of County Road #39 east in
the City of Monticello from R-3 (Medium
density residential) to B-4 (Regional
business) according to the official zoning map
on file at City Hall.
Passed by the City Council this 10th day
of May, 1976.
