The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains
that the Zoning Ordinance map be amended as
follows:
Rezoning of approximately 3.9 acre parcel
in the S. E. 4 of Section 12, Township 121,
Range 25 Located north of County Road #75,
(Monticello Ceramic property) from R-1
(Single Family Residential) to B-3 (Highway
Business) according to the official zoning
map on file at City Hall.
Passed by the City Council
this 25th day of October, 1976.
