The City Council of Monticello hereby
ordains that the Zoning Ordinance map be
amended as follows:
Rezoning of approximately a 45 acre
parcel in the N. E. 4 of Section 10,
Township 121, Range 25, located
south of West County Road 39 and
north of I-94 from R-1 (Single Family
Residential) to B-4 (Regional Business)
according to the official Zoning map
on file at City Hall.
Passed by the City Council
