City Council Ordinance 7ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains Building
Code Ordinance Section 4-1-2 Subsection 1414(A) and 1414(B)
be deleted. The deleted sections read as follows:
1414 (A ) Size: All single family dwellings shall have
a minimum of one thousand one hundred (1100)
square feet of useable floor space above grade.
1414(B) Garage: A 2 -car garage with a minimum floor
area of four hundred forty ( 440 ) square feet
shall be provided for every dwelling.
