MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING - MONTICELLO CITY COUNCIL
Friday, May 4, 2007 - 6:30 a.m.
Members Present:
Clint Herbst, Wayne Mayer, Tom Perrault, Brian Stumpf and Susie
Wojchouski.
Members Absent:
None
Mayor Herbst called the meeting to order and declared a quorum present. The purpose of the
special meeting was to consider action on a resolution relating to legislation that would restrict the
development of cancer treatment centers in certain counties, including Wright County.
SUSIE WOJCHOUSKI MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2007-33 OPPOSING
LEGIS LA TION THAT RESTRICTS DEVELOPMENT OF CANCER TREATMENT
CENTERS. TOM PERRAULT SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED
UNANIMOUSLY.
SUSIE WOJCHOUSKI MOVED TO ADJOURN THE SPECIAL MEETING. TOM PERRAULT
SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
