SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
BOARD OF REVIEW
May 9, 2001 - 7 p.m.
Members Present: Roger Belsaas, Roger Carlson, Clint Herbst, Brian Stumpf and Bruce
Thielen.
Members Absent: None
A special meeting of the Monticello City Council was held for the purpose of conducting the
annual Board of Review regarding valuations for taxes payable in 2002.
Greg Kramber and Tony Rasmuson from the Wright County Assessors office were present.
They provided general background information on valuations and procedures used in
determining the values. The Board of Review then considered individual valuations as
