RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT FOR MONTICELLO BUSINESS CENTER 6Th ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 4152.851, after two (2) weeks published and
posted notice of the hearing and after mailing written notice of the hearing at least ten (10) days
before a hearing to each property owner affected by the proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a drainage and utility easement for Monticello
Business Center 6th Addition, to be platted as Twin Pines First Addition, be on Monday,
February 28, 2022, at 6:30 PM at the Monticello City Hall:

Outlot A, MONTICELLO BUSINESS CENTER 6Th ADDITION, WRIGHT COUNTY,
MONTICELLO, MN
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the vacation of such easements and a public hearing shall be
held on such proposed vacation on the 28th day of February, 2022 before the City
Council in the Council Chambers located at the Monticello Community Center at 6:30
p.m.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give published, posted, and mailed notice of such
hearing as required by law.
