Special Combined City Council meeting Personnel Committee Meeting
July 19, 2016

Councilmembers Present: Mayor Stumpf, Charlotte Gabler, Glen Posusta, Tom Perrault
Councilmembers absent: Lloyd Hilgart
Staff Present: Jeff O'Neill, Wayne Oberg, Tracy Ergen, Tom Pawelk
Community Center Director Interviews
Four finalists for the Community Center Director position were interviewed by the Personnel
Committee, Council members, and staff. Motion was made by Charlotte Gabler and seconded
by Tom Perrault to select Ann Mosack as the number one candidate with John Small as the
runner-up. Motion carried unanimously.
Direction was given for staff to extend an offer of employment to Mosack contingent on the
results of the background check. Meeting of the City Council was adjourned.
Tom Perrault, Glen Posusta and Jeff O'Neill departed the room and Matt Theisen joined the
remaining attendees for a Personnel Committee that followed.
